Overview
Leads seismic interpretation, prospect maturation, quantitative interpretation and exploration risk assessment for exploration assets.
Scope of work
Leads geophysical and subsurface evaluations for exploration assets and new-venture opportunities: seismic structural interpretation, velocity modelling, seismic attribute analysis, rock-physics modelling, seismic inversion, and reservoir mapping. Prepares exploration drilling proposals, manages geophysical datasets, quality-checks third-party technical studies, and mentors junior staff. Prior exposure to Malaysian offshore/Sabah/Sarawak/deepwater exploration preferred.
