We use AI to be more human.
Two Frenchmen in Malaysia, a frustration with how manpower agencies worked, and one conviction from day one: matching and ranking people to roles is work for AI, not for a recruiter reading CVs at midnight.
Automate the sorting. Keep the relationship.
Recruitment runs on trust. A candidate wants to know someone read their story and will be straight with them. A client wants to know someone stands behind the shortlist. None of that is work a machine should own.
So we point AI at the part that was never human to begin with: reading thousands of CVs, ranking them, chasing availability, keeping the database current. What it gives back is time, and we spend that time on the people. That is what we mean by using AI to be more human.

LinkedInTwo French founders in Malaysia set out to simplify how manpower companies work, replacing spreadsheets and middlemen. The founding conviction was specific: matching and ranking people to roles should be done by AI, not by someone skimming a folder of CVs.
Not a pilot and not one team. Everyone put it into their daily work, and our productivity moved with it. That year taught us where the technology genuinely helps and where it does not.
We rebuilt every process on top of AI rather than bolting it onto the old ones. Humans stayed exactly where judgement belongs: the decision, the call on a candidate, the ownership of the outcome. The AI does the parsing, ranking and chasing.
The role changed. Our team no longer spends its days screening and coordinating, they direct the agents doing that work and spend their time with candidates and clients. An experienced team across Kuala Lumpur and Indonesia, deploying manpower, recruitment and RPO across ASEAN.
