Overview

Manage resources and schedules for cargo containment projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Scope of work

  • Arrange, coordinate, and perform Cargo Containment System, Power Tooling, and Cleaning works in assigned projects for planning, organizing, resource-utilization, work-schedules, policies & procedures, ensuring safety and quality requirements, productivity control, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. - Prepare, coordinate and perform the plan on resource utilization in relation to manpower loading (in-house and subcontractors), tools, equipment, and facilities to meet contractual requirements. - Prepare 3rd level work schedule, monitor progress, identify potential delays, prepare contingency plans, and ensure timely submission and documentation of project records. - Execute project management tasks, including stakeholder coordination, budget handling, and compliance with technical and safety standards. - Coordinate job execution to meet business targets regarding schedule, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. - Maintain professional relations with internal and external clients to ensure service satisfaction. - Execute compliance with Safe Operating Procedures (SOP), Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, and industry best practices. - Manage HSE compliance and inculcate safety culture in work areas.- Oversee database management for project documentation and information. - Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. - Attend training and development programs to enhance professional skills. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert providing technical advice.

Key requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent OR minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant experiences
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Marine Operations or engineering field
