Senior Process Engineer

Overview

Performs process design deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, heat/material balances) and technical studies for offshore facilities, on a 6-month assignment.

Scope of work

Performs and reviews process engineering calculations, simulations and technical studies for offshore oil & gas facilities: PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment specs, process philosophies, and safeguarding narratives. Runs hydraulic/line-sizing/relief studies, supports simulations (Aspen HYSYS), reviews vendor submissions, and participates in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL design reviews and debottlenecking/troubleshooting work.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant process engineering experience in upstream oil & gas
• Available for a 6-month contract assignment
