RPO Project Lead

Overview

Manage recruitment programme end to end, lead team, ensure service levels, and liaise with client's HR and hiring managers.

Scope of work

• Lead mobilisation: build and run implementation plan, team deployment, governance calendar, RACI matrix, escalation path, and continuity plan.
• Translate client demand into role priorities, capacity allocation, sourcing strategy, forecast, and recovery actions.
• Facilitate intake and calibration sessions ensuring every live requisition has an approved controlling brief and agreed shortlist date prior to sourcing.
• Supervise sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interviews, offers, pre-boarding and start tracking across the recruitment team.
• Apply or verify documented pre-submission quality checks on every candidate pack and key report, ensuring nothing reaches client without passing the gate.
• Own weekly dashboard and operational meeting, service level performance, issue logs, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly service review pack and support Account Director in executive governance.
• Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy with updates within one business day and uphold candidate consent, confidentiality, PDPA controls, and auditable records.
• Escalate critical issues within one business day with impact and recovery action.
• Supervise team workload and arrange approved continuity or replacement cover as needed.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Engineering, Project Management, or another science or technical discipline
• At least ten (10) years of recruitment experience
• At least three (3) years leading an embedded or managed RPO team
• Led a programme delivering thirty (30) or more hires inside twelve (12) months within the last five (5) years
• Experience supporting an oil and gas workforce or comparable technical workforce (EPC, marine, power, heavy industrial)
