Overview

Leads process safety review and verification across all project phases, from FEED through commissioning, on CPP/FPSO scopes.

Scope of work

Provides technical leadership and engineering assurance for process safety across proposal, FEED, detailed design, EPCIC, fabrication and commissioning phases on CPP/FPSO projects. Reviews and verifies FEED and detailed-design deliverables, resolves site technical queries during fabrication, reviews commissioning procedures, manages design consultants, and coaches junior engineers. Runs HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/RAM, dispersion, EERA/ESSA and consequence-modelling studies (Flaresim/FLACS/KFX) and loss-prevention engineering.

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
Approximately 15-25 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
At least one leadership role in a CPP or FPSO project
