Overview

Sources, screens and hires talent, runs the offer/negotiation process, and tracks recruitment KPIs across departments.

Scope of work

Owns the full recruitment cycle: sourcing via job boards/social/networking, screening resumes, interviewing, scheduling, and managing offers. Builds employer brand through campus/job-fair relationships, maintains ATS records, and reports on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Partners with department heads on staffing needs and ensures labor-law compliance.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
