Overview

Manage process module execution, safeguard design intent, coordinate disciplines, integrate vendor packages, and report engineering progress.

Scope of work

  • Drive multidisciplinary execution of process modules from FEED roll-out to Issue for Construction.
  • Safeguard process design intent established during FEED and control deviations through change-management.
  • Manage integration of process-related vendor packages and ensure vendor data closure.
  • Coordinate inputs from Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, and Technical Safety disciplines within the assigned area.
  • Verify actual area progress through the engineering model and direct engagement with designers.
  • Report real engineering progress instead of relying solely on reported percentages.
  • Escalate area-level risks to Deputy Project Manager with proposed mitigation measures.
  • Maintain strong technical authority and defend technically justified positions in design discussions.
  • Exhibit strong cross-discipline awareness and coordination skills.
  • Escalate problems early with proposed solutions or mitigation.

Key requirements

  • Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in oil and gas detailed engineering
  • Direct experience with offshore oil and gas process modules, separation systems, treatment systems, modular topsides execution, vendor package integration
