Overview

Leads Pre-FEED/FEED activities and concept selection for an offshore gas development, coordinating FEED contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Scope of work

Leads front-end engineering and development planning for an offshore gas development, converting exploration/development opportunities into commercially viable production concepts. Manages concept screening/selection (topsides, fixed platforms, FPSO-related, subsea tie-back), oversees Pre-FEED/FEED and external consultants/contractors, coordinates subsurface/wells/drilling/facilities/commercial/finance inputs, supports stage-gate reviews and FID readiness, defines key engineering deliverables (BoD, PFDs, P&IDs, heat balances), and participates in HAZID/HAZOP/ENVID reviews.

Key requirements

Degree in Engineering
Minimum 15 years' experience in field developments, operations, or engineering design in E&P/upstream oil & gas
Must be open to relocation to Brunei for the contract period
