Scope of work
Role purpose
Coordinate daily civil and structural site activities to meet safety, quality and schedule requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan daily work fronts, labour, equipment and material requirements.
- Supervise works against approved drawings, methods and site instructions.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues with engineering and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, workmanship and housekeeping.
- Maintain daily site reports and escalate constraints or deviations.
Candidate requirements
- Diploma, technical certificate or relevant civil and structural site supervision experience.
- Experience supervising civil and structural construction activities.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
- Practical understanding of site safety, quality controls and progress reporting.
