E3D Electrical & Instrumentation Modeller

Overview

Perform 3D E&I modelling using AVEVA E3D, focus on cable tray layout and routing, coordinate between Milan site and Kuala Lumpur office.

Scope of work

• Perform 3D modelling of Electrical and Instrumentation systems using AVEVA E3D.
• Develop, update and optimise cable tray layouts and routing.
• Ensure E&I models comply with project specifications, engineering standards and design requirements.
• Coordinate with E&I engineers and other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes, interfaces and design issues.
• Review and update models based on engineering comments, design changes and site feedback.
• Support model reviews and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Maintain effective technical communication between the Milan project team and the Kuala Lumpur engineering office.
• Support HVAC modelling activities where required, subject to experience.

Key requirements

• Proven hands-on experience using AVEVA E3D for E&I modelling
• Strong practical experience in cable tray modelling, layout and routing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts and project specifications
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary interfaces and 3D model coordination
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willing and available to undertake a 3+ month assignment in Milan, Italy
• Able to start as soon as possible
